Management has no idea how to train staff on best practices for managing cases. Managers keep their doors closed but they have a "open door policy" and the environment is very cliquey.

The staff is rude, unprofessional, and ghetto. They won't give you hours, If you decline to work a day. They will send you to disgusting homes and deal with awful situations. They don't give raises. My pay 8.50 and has been that for 3 years!
