      Patients are fun to be around and to help teach life skills, Had a wonderful connection with the patients and the staff.

      Cons

      Unorganized as a company, needs more structure for the patients day to day. A lot of investigations, got very concerned.

      Support from company so far away. Alaska has unique challenges not necessarily recognized by company. Pay compared to responsibilities.

      Terrible place, just not worth it at all

      Pros

      Very nice staff to work with, nice direct supervisors, comfortable houses to work in, the service provided is very necessary

      Cons

      No raises after over 3 years of employment, terrible insurance benefits offered, favoritism, "Us versus Them" mentality, no organization, no communication, higher ups in the office are condescending and bordering on rude, feels like you're a number or not important
