      The clients and feeling satisfied you are making a difference in someones life

      Cons

      Pay, appreciation, corporates disconnection from what the needs of the clients are, poor funding from corporate for the homes they run, unrealistic expectations, Not much opportunity for advancement, employees need to help provide for some clients who have no support mechanisms by providing used clothing.
