      I'm not sure where the rest of you work, but I have worked for ResCare, in Indiana, for 18 years, and love it! ResCare has promoted me from direct care up to a Director position and has been nothing but good to me! Despite the minor drama that comes with any job, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company... Wage freezes... Yes, an issue, but what company has not done the same? I would recommend working at ResCare to anyone who lives in northern IN!

      Insurance changes for 2013 are expected, but not favorable.

      No pro comments for ResCare, as a corporation. Pros for the job are developing a positive relationship with the wonderful clients.

      Poor branch management, low wages, no incentive or performance raises EVER, no benefits, only negative comments from management.
