Pros

I was able to make my own schedule and the pay was decent.

Cons

They started cutting milage which was not good for me because I drive an SUV. Some days I would have to drive 30 miles one way to my place of work and then drive a client around for 40 miles and had to do a 30 mile drive home. The way that contact notes were also due was not effective. When I started contact notes were due two times a month. When I quit they started billing weekly which meant that I had to turn in paperwork every monday or I got in trouble.

The clients! We have some of the most wonderful person any business could ever ask for to work with. My Co-Workers are some of the niceset and most caring people I've ever known.

Cons

Obnoxious office and official personnel who expect staffers to remember every aspect of MOD when it was more than a yr ago since they attended it! There are others but those seem petty too!!!

Pros

Rescare is a job that you have to be dedicated to and want to help others. If you want a fulfilling job and feel good at doing it, then Rescare is the place to work. The consumers put a smile on your face everyday.

Cons

The downside of Rescare is that you have to work a lot of overtime just to be able to make it in life. The pay don't reflect the amount of work you put in to it!! You will also have to deal with some disrespect that comes along with some of the management!!!
