Clients and caregiving staff were wonderful!

Cons

High expectations for time commitment/availability, low salary considering time worked each week, poor communication, unpleasant management, high stress, substandard benefits, the only consistent thing was the inconsistency of ever changing rules and policies that weren’t communicated, employees given preferential treatment (i.e. the same rules don’t apply to everyone), uncompensated overtime
