You could get many hours, if you wanted them. You could also chose what hours were best for you.

Cons

The pay rate was very bad. The benifits was expensive. Did not get appreciated.

Pros

They do strive to provide quality home care for people - but at what cost to their employees???

Cons

Just know that if you are salary you will be expected to work whatever hours are needed! Payroll days are a nightmare! They expect more out of the branch managers and the client services supervisors than one can deliver in an average week! Also get ready to be on call nights and weekends! The aides are not paid enough so call out OFTEN and even tho a schedule is made - they often change it to suit their schedule! Many work other jobs.
