      Pros

      I enjoy my co worker and the schedule works for my schooling. Few days and longer hours work for me the best.

      Cons

      NO raises, a ONE and HALF BILLION DOLLAR company and they are paying some of their employees MINIMUM WAGE?!?! Horrific expensive benefits. Upper management does NOT care about employee safety with dangerous and aggressive clients. Punitive punishments for minor infractions (missing meetings) but NOTHING done for workers who RELAPSE ON THE JOB FOUR TIMES, SLEEP ON THE JOB, and have photographic evidence against them, etc etc etc.

      Pros

      When ever the staff stuck around (big turnover), they were probably the only good thing about the place. The one nice thing was, if you were trying to get yourself fired, that wont happen, they will actually treat you better if that were the case.

      Cons

      Pay sucks for everything that is expected, management has no clue what lead by example means, they make you do one thing but they do another (what is convenient for them).

      Flexible work schedule and the executive director doesn't micromanage you which is nice it lets you do you job without having to account for every little minute

      Cons

      No raises have ever been given No bonuses Company doesn't pour into its employees On call 24/7 High turnover rate
