      Too Little Support, Too Many Demands

      Pros

      The clients are a joy to work with, and many of the direct care staff have hearts of gold.

      Cons

      Low pay leads to high turnover, so no stability. Corporate offices, since newest takeover, do not seem to know what is actually needed and there is little support given when needed.

      Great place to work.

      Pros

      It's a very large organization so they offer an extensive amount of benefits and have an amazing support center that provides services to employees nationwide.

      Cons

      Not all lines of business provide merit increases or offer growth opportunities. There is anything else that is a con to be said.
