Pros
The DSPs and the individuals served.
Cons
Where to begin....the management is terrible! They scold you for not telling them any issues yet when you do they tell you that you're "complaining." Likewise, when you go to your program manager (PM) for advisement then it gets back to the ED that you "need a lot of hand holding" & the quotes were spoken directly to me. My program manager talks to me like I'm a dog and I'm older than she is and have more work experience than her. She has zero people skills and does not value her supervisors. I also want to say that our particular office doesn't want things to get to a corporate level so they will break their backs to appease a DSP. It's ridiculous because some things (ie, rules) are being broken for certain DSPs who threaten to go to corporate so our office instructs us to "bend" to appease them. So we are constantly getting contradictory information - how are we supposed to succeed? We have such a high turnover rate because you don't even begin to earn benefits until you've been employed over 6 months. The current PM has only been the PM since December 2016 and has already lost 50% of her supervisors under her. Coincidence? I don't think so. She's horrible. Everything is your fault. I work 50-60 hours a week every week & my PM reminds me that's often the case in this line of work. I have the email to prove it. It's ridiculous!
