Pros

Working with the disabled and special needs clients is a beautiful thing. They are very loving and special. I enjoy making a difference.

Cons

Staff thinks they can tell nurses what to do- do not understand they don't have a degree. Leave clients unattended frequently, in bathtub or other dangerous areas. The company does not value nurses and pays them low wages. Lots of gossip and blaming among team members and nurses. Antiquated practices, patients are exposed to far too many X-rays for legal immunity. Some clients may be emotionally or verbally abused.

Theres many cons i dont even know where to begin. Im giving u one start just because i love my clients. I see many reviews over pay and their getting payed $8+. Ours boss gets payed triple than we get pated and we spend almost everyday with the clients we spend holidays with the clients while our managers are home with their families. Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, fathers day, mothers day and so on. Management always talks about how they "appreciate" what we do but we NEVER get raises we NEVER get bonuses they complain if we get overtime but have the nerve to pay us $7.50 an hour!! When nearby towns get payed over 8. This company is seriously a joke!! Many woulf say to just quit but you cant do that yo your clients. We do meds, blood preassures, finger sticks, stool samples, diapers and for 7.50. Thats rescare in brownwood tx for you!
