Pros

Res Care is a starter company go get you year and move on. If you are breathing they will hire you.

Cons

At times I would work 24 to 30 hours straight . In Delaware the House Manager would have 2 Houses be on call 24 hours around.If you had no staff you worked shift and managed your phone. Vacation was often denied to the managers do to staffing. If you tried to correct staff you got no back up from the office.

I finally quit is that enough of a pro for ya?

They bought out our company and sucked $7.25 an hr to deal with no stove for 8 months no dryer for 9 months & a dish washer that has black mold growing in it for the past 6 months not to mention therr just money hungry bastards they dont care about there people all they care about is that $$$$$$$
