Great Culture but big goals

Pros

The team are great, everyone is super young and motivated to do well here. There is a big focus on work socials and fun evening activities either virtually or in-person. The company is growing fast and SEO is a hot topic which means there is very high earning potential early on. Presidents Club trips are a huge motivator for people too. Good training opportunities, they do invest heavily in Sales Enablement etc.

Cons

Big goals - can sometimes feel like a lot of pressure, but I understand that comes with the job.

Great team, everyone is in it to win it and has your best interest at heart. EMEA region is growing rapidly and there is a great path to promotion from SDR to AE within 12 months. The pay is unrivalled and there are tons of additional perks and events throughout the year, like cocktail making classes, trips to US (when we can fly) and Presidents Club to Puerto Rico!

Cons

You are expected to work hard for it. With monthly quota's for AEs there is high velocity in deal cycles that can be stressful at times. There aren't many companies where you can make over 100k at 25, so there is certainly a trade off between worklife balance and career progression/ pay.
