      Great Company Outgrown CEO

      Pros

      I can only speak for Sales, but there's a great culture and there are solid and clear career steps for anyone who wants to take them. The company is really moving in the right direction. Lots of stuff that was made up is now more transparent and fair. There was a lot of a leaders who left/pushed out, and the people they brought in were decent and helped take things forward. The onboarding is really open about what to expect.

      Cons

      CEO is a micromanager and really not a good leader. The company has grown and he is still trying to run it like a tiny start up.

      Friday lunches, fun coworkers, WFH options, nice office locations, always enough work to never be bored, solid product

      Cons

      Exec levels seem to only care about sales team. Low opportunity for growth, bonuses, rewards, etc. on some of the other teams. High employee turnover. Poor cross-team communications.

      I saw the last negative review and felt compelled to write this. As an AE, we get 100's of leads every month, tons of support and as the market leader I think more than half of team is over 100% of goal according to what I know. Yes, the company does manage to numbers - hello this is a sales job at a rapidly growing tech company. If you have a problem with quotas and running a process that has delivered 100's of clients and selling the best organic search tech, you should try working for 1 of 100's of start ups that wont amount to anything and wont enhance your career. Don't join and go not perform somewhere else. I am advancing and making more money than I ever have.

      none for me - I work 8-6, make money and am learning a lot
