      Pros

      -Platform is the distinct leader in the SEO space. Our competitors are 10 steps behind at best. -Career opportunities are through the roof. This company will make your career in a short period of time if you are willing to put in the effort. -Management is extremely accessible and supportive. -Initial training class when you come on board is bar none. 2 weeks of total immersion in both classroom and practical environment. -Company is not afraid to spend on good employees.

      Cons

      -Snacks could be a little more diverse. -Typical growing pains you would expect to see at any start up.

      Pros

      The Company is the clear leader in their space. We own the market and have the who's who in almost every vertical that is important to us. We have the best product in this space and our engineering team rocks! The company has brought in lots of talent both experienced hires and recent college grads. Every function in the company has top notch talent. The department teams are very close and work really well together. Great opportunity to make an impact and be a part of something special!

      Cons

      Company is growing so fast it is difficult to higher the caliber of people they are looking for quick enough to keep up with the growth. This company is only for those that have the passion to be in a fast paced environment. The industry changes at a rapid pace and makes it challenging to keep up but that is what makes BrightEdge so critical to customer's success.

      - huge market and we have best product by far; lots of new customers and takes from our competitors - tons of support from management - they are fired up to win deals too! - digital marketing is a great segment that changes a lot so it is exciting - lots of leads

      Cons

      - lowball competitor that posts reveiws that are false - selling against black hat company that lies about product capabilities - even though company past start up phase so lots of growth/change so beware if you dont like change
