      Pros

      To paraphrase a quote from Jeff Bezos - "You can work long, hard, or smart, but at Amazon.com you can't do 2 out of 3." I think that same attitude applies to many leading, innovative companies - Tesla and Coinbase are two others that come to mind with hard charging cultures. I put BrightEdge in that same bucket - we have a lot of smart people working to solve tough problems, and it's hard work, and every day brings it's own reward of having dedicated yourself to working on something that challenged you.

      Would loved to have seen us be at the vanguard of companies returning our teams to the office, but glad that day is finally here!
