Leadership flaunt wealth during all-hands teams meetings while finding ways to stiff employees on compensation. Company claims to be a family, but fails to take care of their employees. Ask for a raise and prepare to get treated like you spat on someone's shoes. It's clear this company only cares about making profit for the owners and employees are an unfortunate side effect of having to run a SaaS company. Innovation is nearly non-existent.

First week in the office, they told me that I would be expected to work 55-70 hours a week. Micromanaged on our number of activities like crazy. Executives have created a business model where they hire young people coming out of college and burn them out. 0 HR resources. Unethical sales processes. Slowed growth overall for the business, but they act like they are growing at lightspeed in order to manipulate people to stay and work hard for equity, rather than for better pay. Hang the Account Executive carrot over your head with "established promotion path", but multiple people were let go about 1 month before they were supposed to get promoted after hitting goal for 16 months straight. Wish I spent my time elsewhere.
