- Take BCBAs thoughts/feelings and uses that to implement change - Nice and helpful in the office, it's easy to know who to go to - Nice RBT training, they have a lot of grad students studying to become BCBAs to assist if someone needs additional training. A lot of shadow opportunities for techs. - Staffing is usually quick

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that you appreciate our approach to listening to BCBAs and implementing change, as well as the training and shadowing opportunities available to the team. We’re also glad to hear that staffing has been responsive and that the office environment is supportive. Pros

Not a single thing but the lovely clients!

Cons

First the low pay, second the lack of communication, the incompetency and unethical practice within the company and management itself, literally everything. I got my certification just for these people to give me a BCBA that didn’t keep up with me and barely was there. Not to mention I did almost everything by myself, my first in home appointment was alone. My BCBA was clueless…and had an excuse for everything. I felt like I knew more than her and that’s not good. Not only that though, but as well arguing down with me over policies that I never signed a contract on or agreed to. These people also tried to set me up, and thought they were going to blame the new person on things they screwed up and were being unprofessional about. Lucky for me, I caught on and left them, the daycare facility, and the clients parents to argue it out like cats in the street! This company thought they’d discuss me without me around and hold secrets and it backfired right in their faces. They also all got caught in lies and all had a different excuse. Then of course after they get caught and I’ve resigned they were somehow “never aware” of my concerns I had for a hostile work environment but I had and still have proof of all my email trails and text messages with my BCBA and their management. All they wanted from me was something to tell their clients parent to cover their behinds because they knew they did something shady. I wouldn’t ever go near this company again with a 10 feet pole. I also would never put my child in their care either. As I saw things that I did speak up about that would of had Department of Social Services there in a heart beat and these buffoons did nothing but try to set me up! How’s that for trying to help a client. All these good reviews are just from people in the company getting paid or knowing one another, Don’t waste your time here. If I had it my way I would have been had this facility shut down. Just another company taking shortcuts and doing things the wrong way…but you know what they say, everything done in the dark always comes to light!
