Pros

The work is incredibly meaningful. I have never before felt such a connection to meaningful work in such an impactful way. High expectations to deliver value to customers. This is the first job I've had where the leadership has a genuine interest in keeping everyone happy. Cultivating their strengths, and supporting them to do what they do best. Peers are incredibly warm and open. Everyone is focused on contributing value and actually getting things done. Autonomy: No one is going to micro-manage you.

They hired a young man with no experience and turned him into an expert. Challenging but rewarding to work on cutting edge AI products. Successful exit, acquired by Mastercard

Cons

The work load can be overwhelming but it is a nice environment to work in.

Friendly colleagues and various perks such as free lunches, matching 401K, paid volunteer days, etc. Having just recently been acquired by Mastercard, exciting times are ahead as the company is changing and growing as part of the Mastercard family.

Cons

Can get busy at times which means long hours.
