      Pros

      There is nothing good to say about working for this company. Everyone knows the good reviews are not written by employees.

      Cons

      There is constant bullying going on from the highest levels of this company. High amounts of open racism, sexism, and homophobia leading to discrimination. The pay is very bad, the PTO is a joke, the company lives in the ice age in terms of technology and everyone in the office keep their heads down as if they are all scared.

      Pros

      Brighterion is working on amazingly impactful and interesting problems across a variety of sectors (homeland security, fraud prevention, AML, Financial markets, drug discovery) and gives its employees an incredible amount of autonomy and responsibility to solve these problems from day one. A genuine focus on mission critical AI. The company truly wants you to feel free and challenged at the same time. Free lunches, matching 401K, etc.

      Cons

      With the acquisition, Brighterion will feel less and less like an edgy startup and more and more like an established corporation.

      Horrible place to work at with racist management

      Pros

      Conveniently located close to a bart station. Good view from the office

      Cons

      you will learn nothing, the ceo is tackless, the people who stay around are scared of him as he fired people in a heartbeat. The technology is old, better off starting your own company, this is a fly by night organization, you never really know if it will survive. The CEO and his cronies talk garbage behind every employee's back, it's a surprise they haven't been sued yet.
