      Pros

      My coworkers are all really nice but that might actually be a con since theres always some nice guy getting verbally abused.

      Cons

      The technology is far from advanced, eventhough the CEO talked it up during the interview. Its funny that every time a bad review is written management makes up some BS good one. Watch a bad one was just posted... within days well have a good one, they usually can't wait.

      Pros

      I work on projects - such fraud prevention and cybersecurity - daily that matter in the real world and make a difference. Personally, this is important to me. Working with clients such as MasterCard and multinational businesses in finance and security has given me experience and knowledge in a wide variety of industries. My manager and the CEO encourage innovation and forward thinking. This allows me to sometimes take part in test projects for potential clients in areas that we have not yet applied our technology to. To be a part of something like drug discovery or to help a company make discoveries or find things they weren't even looking for is fascinating. Every day has the potential for growth and innovation.

      Cons

      We're growing very quickly and the stress is evident as some people can feel stretched at times.

      Pros

      This company is at the precipice of becoming the artificial intelligence company in the world. We are working with giant companies in multiple industries now, and it's exciting to be a part of it. It's not the most structured environment--it feels more like a startup, but that suits me and gives me the opportunity to be involved in a lot of different areas and make contributions that matter.

      Cons

      Fast pace can leave you behind if you're not willing to put in the time to learn. Need to go from zero to 1,000 in AI very quickly, (but it's worth it of you can keep up).
