Pros

This company is at the precipice of becoming the artificial intelligence company in the world. We are working with giant companies in multiple industries now, and it's exciting to be a part of it. It's not the most structured environment--it feels more like a startup, but that suits me and gives me the opportunity to be involved in a lot of different areas and make contributions that matter.

Cons

Fast pace can leave you behind if you're not willing to put in the time to learn. Need to go from zero to 1,000 in AI very quickly, (but it's worth it of you can keep up).

Pros

The company is set up like a startup--everyone is expected to wear multiple hats and be nimble and intelligent enough to switch gears quickly. I can understand why this might not be for everyone, as many people need a structured environment to be successful. As an entrepreneur myself, I understand that building a business is not a popularity contest--it's about doing whatever is necessary to move the company forward. In this environment, everyone can't be coddled and made to feel "ok" with every move the company makes. The company is moving fast now, taking on large clients and getting a lot of buzz in tech circles. This is an exciting time to be at Brighterion. If you're intelligent, hard-working and willing to deal with the realities of building a successful business in silicon valley, then Brighterion is the place for you. Other pros include catered lunch 3 days a week and gym membership.

Cons

Limited vacation time compared to other companies (but, to be fair, we are quite lean and need all hands on deck most of the time). Starting cash salaries can sometimes be low compared to industry, but raises are frequent.

Pros

The people at Brighterion are brilliant and always willing to share knowledge to help you grow. There is a constant flow of new projects and you are encouraged to think outside the box to solve real problems. The technology can be applied anywhere which leaves endless potential for company growth. There are roughly 60 employees currently so your work is essential to the company and appreciated.

Cons

The projects have strict deadlines and this can be fairly stressful for some people. If you don't stand out and impress you will not move up in the company.
