Delegation of projects is ridiculous. Some people are totally overworked while others are forgotten--who falls into which category seems to change fairly often, even if the total number of projects going on doesn't change.
CEO is unprofessional. Frequently insults current employees (lazy, drug addicts, crazy) and gossips about former employees (never by name, but still describes them enough that it's obvious). Likes to have an audience when he chastises people. Is especially rough on the (few) women in the office.
Extremely high turnover--despite being told that no one leaves the company, nearly 15 people have left (most quit, some were fired) in the past year. Enough people are casually looking for employment elsewhere that there is an unofficial bet about who will leave first.
Growth within the company is fairly nonexistent.
If you don't have a math degree or "technical background," it will be assumed that you are incapable of learning even the most basic technical terms. That degree is more important than your proven skills.
Pay is extremely low for the industry.
