Pros

A very successful company with a lot of potential. People at Brighterion are driven by the ability to make major impact with the ability to drive solutions to important problems. There is a great deal of trust in employees to do the right thing and to get their work done on time.

Cons

You have to be comfortable working in an unstructured environment and be able to handle frequent change.

Pros

I've been working at Brighterion for over two years and I am still learning a lot. The company was founded with an engineering mindset as most people are imbued with the problem-solving attitude. Our mission is hugely motivating, we work on solving real problems which is both intellectually stimulating and extremely rewarding. The co-workers are wonderful and everyone is focused on delivering the most value to our customers in the most effective way.

Cons

You'll need to be self-reliant and ready work with some introverted engineers.

Pros

Brighterion is working on amazingly impactful and interesting problems across a variety of sectors (homeland security, fraud prevention, AML, Financial markets, drug discovery) and gives its employees an incredible amount of autonomy and responsibility to solve these problems from day one. A genuine focus on mission critical AI. The company truly wants you to feel free and challenged at the same time. Free lunches, matching 401K, etc.

Cons

With the acquisition, Brighterion will feel less and less like an edgy startup and more and more like an established corporation.
