Pros

I am grateful for the valuable work experience. Brighterion is a great place to learn to be a better engineer as you are exposed to a variety of challenging problems in different industries. The team around you is extremely supportive and helpful. You can walk up to anyone and ask for help and advice. I love solving clients biggest problems and working with people who drive success. The acquisition create new and interesting opportunities for staff in roles, and locations.

Cons

If you are uncomfortable with loose guidance it is difficult to navigate the first few months.

They pay engineers about minimum wage in San Francisco, enough said... there are plenty of good opportunities in the Bay Area, you don’t want to work here

Conveniently located close to a bart station. Good view from the office

Cons

you will learn nothing, the ceo is tackless, the people who stay around are scared of him as he fired people in a heartbeat. The technology is old, better off starting your own company, this is a fly by night organization, you never really know if it will survive. The CEO and his cronies talk garbage behind every employee's back, it's a surprise they haven't been sued yet.
