      Pros

      The work is incredibly meaningful. I have never before felt such a connection to meaningful work in such an impactful way. High expectations to deliver value to customers. This is the first job I've had where the leadership has a genuine interest in keeping everyone happy. Cultivating their strengths, and supporting them to do what they do best. Peers are incredibly warm and open. Everyone is focused on contributing value and actually getting things done. Autonomy: No one is going to micro-manage you.

      Pros

      Love the mission of the company; if you are looking to make an impact on something that matters then this is the company for you. All the work the company does is incredibly exciting and impactful to real-world problems: Cyber security, drug discovery, compliance, fraud prevention, AML, etc. Regardless of your role it is hard to not feel and see the impact you are making. Teams are small, and there's a huge opportunity to take ownership over things.

      There's a lot less structure to the company than many people seek
