Getting to work with exceptional people who are not ego-driven and exhibit incredible kindness, empathy, and work very hard.

Cons

Things move incredibly fast, even for a startup. The hustle is unlike any place I've ever been but management does a great job of checking in to make sure it still feels reasonable.

Pros

Brightline's mission and culture are second to none. There is not a more noble cause than expanding access to pediatric mental health services nationwide and the entire roster of employees are extremely passionate as well as being the most talented group of partners I have ever worked with.

Cons

Extremely fast paced since it is a startup. This is not necessarily a con but the speed and constant drive for improvement and efficiency across the organization will not be for everyone. But for those looking for a hyper growth environment with the ever evolving advancement opportunities that come along with it, this is the right place for you!
