      Pros

      Brighton Jones is one of the rare places that actually practices what they preach. Our mission to "help people live a richer life", not only applies to our clients but also our employee's, neighbors and anyone that we come into contact with. It truly is an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      I haven't come across any con's yet, but I can say that if I do... Brighton Jones provides the culture that allows anyone to voice their concerns without fear. This is a rarity within corporate culture.

      Pros

      - The firm's mission of "living a richer life" is meant literally and figuratively for clients, colleagues, and the broader community - The service offering to clients is top notch - The culture is really, really unique... upbeat, can-do, focused on being the best person you can, continual growth and learning, very collaborative & friendly - The founders/co-CEOs are extremely visionary - It's a firm you feel really proud to work for

      Cons

      - So far... none, really! - This is a PRO to me but might be a CON to others... this is an "A-Team". They are passionate about the firm. Most folks are digitally connected from Sunday night through end of work day Friday -- and also tend to check in once (or more) on Saturdays. Not from pressure but because they WANT to, that's how passionate folks are. Bottom line: only come here if you want to be all in! (and I'm finding all in to be a delight :)
