It's a thoughtful and innovative approach to building a company culture that I believe is quite rare, especially for a wealth management firm experiencing rapid growth.
What's more, philanthropy is a central theme in day-to-day operations. Employees are encouraged to take an active role in the community, share their favorite causes with their peers, and contribute to the decision-making process when it comes to where and how the firm devotes its volunteer man-hours.
Finally, I've been impressed with the company's transparency around growth projections and hiring plans. While it can be difficult at times to gain insight into the dynamics of the firm's individual divisions, I appreciate the willingness of senior leaders to disseminate both their short- and long-term vision for the company.
