      Pros

      Flat organizational structure, no bureaucracy, nimble and able to make decisions quickly, career paths continue to develop as the company grows and becomes more specialized, culture is second to none.

      Cons

      Has been a bit slow to leverage technology to make us more efficient, but that is changing.

      Pros

      As a working mom but also someone who wants to continue growing in my career, I can have both here. I feel comfortable taking off the time that I need and I also feel good putting in extra time when required. There are so many ways to contribute to the company's growth and culture, and I really appreciate how much input is solicited from all team members. A lot of emphasis is put on teamwork and collaboration which I find to be a really smart way to grow associates and share learning.

      Cons

      Trying to maintain the tight knit community and positive culture will be a challenge as the company grows. I see lots of effort put into this, however, and ultimately am not worried.

      Pros

      Sixth consecutive year.... best company to work for, impressive. I haven't been at the company long but can undoubtedly see the contribution from the founders and owners and folks that do the hard work to make this a great place to show up every day. Glad to be a part of this team!

      Cons

      About 50 employees large, still growing in some ways and working to create good structure to certain operational aspects of the company, needed as it continues to grow.
