Brighton Jones is a company that truly lives out its values. I was initially drawn to Brighton Jones because of its vibrant culture and involvement in the community. As I continued through the interview process I was impressed by the thoughtfulness, sincerity, and enthusiasm I experienced from every member of the team I met. I am continually blown away each day by the entrepreneurial spirit, inclusivity and collaborative nature of the team. I feel fortunate to work with a group of people who are incredibly intelligent, driven and fun! It's refreshing to work with others who take the time to get to know you on a personal level, encourage you in your ambitions and provide you with insightful feedback to help you become better. I am insanely proud to be part of a company that takes such wonderful care of their employees and clients alike.
