Cons

Change can be hard and there is a lot of it. Once you embrace it and learn how to navigate it as a positive for the business, it leads to great outcomes. This is not a 9-5 job; the work is fast paced and demanding, as is any client service field.

Everyone works hard but they are provided ample opportunity to learn and grow. Each employee has a path towards equity ownership, which is rare in this field. Compensation is solid. The firm is expanding nationally and has developed a best in class technology solution for clients and colleagues.

Cons

If you are not ambitious and willing to lean in, this is likely not the firm for you. If you’re motivated to grow and succeed, it is.
