      Pros

      Very standard "better business" branding pumping DEI, beer, and ping pong tables.

      Cons

      Beneath the branding veneer you quickly find ruthless, dirty business tactics, intense demands, old crusty white male, and self dealing into their own crap real estate fund.

      Opportunities to learn and then GTFO.

      Cons

      Across the company is a culture of bullying. During my time at Brighton Jones, the senior leadership team demonstrated a pattern of behavior in which they lash out at people, make statements that demean and embarrass individuals and are generally disrespectful. They were horrible to a pregnant colleague of mine and, generally, unaccommodating to working parents. There is higher than normal turnover. The CEO can't keep an assistant. And people generally leave after a year because of the way they are treated.
