Pros

Flexible scheduling, extremely great pay, friendly management. Recently, a company called Brightree bought out Allcall, however NONE of the coworkers were negatively affected by this and they now offer benefits and overtime for the full time employees, which is awesome for them! Our boss and the CEO of Brightree are now working as a team for Allcall. With Brigtree taking over, our company is even better than it was before. This company is growing very fast. Another great thing about this company is that you will get an amazing raise after 3 months, and then again for each year you work here. I cannot rave about this company enough.

Cons

The only con i could possibly come up with for this company would be that the building may be a little small for the amount of employees. It would be extremely beneficial if they could open another office to make more room for the employees. I disagree with the other reviewers because its not "crammed", its just that we need some more space for cubicles especially if we get more employees. As the company grows, I am positive that management will be looking for a bigger building.

Pros

I have worked for allcall for a little over 3 years with the company only being open for almost 4. I have had the privilege to see this company grow, and turn into this awesome company. I am a full time college student, and allcall has the most flexible, and that alone it great. The current management is awesome, and I really love the staff, they have become some of my good friends. I have picked up part time jobs to broaden my resume throughout the last 3 years but nothing compares to allcall. I feel the most welcome, and content here. There's always something new to learn, and the companies we work for keep us on our toes.

Cons

With the above being said, you have to get through rough patches to get to a solid place. I won't say that the below complaints were not an issue (though them being a little over dramatic) this company is still new and growing so there are going to be some kinks in the road. I have had some bad experiences with management in the past, and it has been difficult adjusting to all of the change that's been happening. Though with recent business ventures I believe that the majority of the kinks (what little ones still exist). I do not have much to complain about with this company. I really do believe this is the best company I have worked for, and I love my job
