Pros

Autonomy, little micromanaging, very little oversight

Cons

Poor technology in regards to the portal and telehealth, no regard for the clinicians and their personal preference or schedules. There is absolutely no point in sharing or discussing how you feel about arbitrary changes thrust upon you. Upper management does not care about the clinicians at all, they just take as much as they can possibly get from you and not even being paid for the contracted rates of the insurance companies.
