Pros

There are literally no pros.

Cons

Lack of communication about job performance leading to surprise termination with 1 week left of insurance coverage and no severance.

Pros

There's good work to do The work is meaningful I see feedback coming straight from users/customers It's a casual work virtual environment Everybody remote, but a few meet at co-working spaces People are all over the american map (+ UK) Teams are small enough to share a pizza pie Still able to help shape the developing culture I can do things at my own pace I can finally say I take time to learn on the job Seen a fair amount of patience and understanding People unapologetically take time off whenever

Cons

Everyone is a senior No date in sight for meeting teammates in person (in all fairness, HR has shared a plan to get that ball rolling generally speaking)

Pros

- Great Growth Potential - CEO, CMO, & CTO that actively work to build a better company and product without compromising - Everyone gets a chance to contribute and bring ideas to life - Fully remote control + great flexibility (i.e. being remote doesn't mean you are on call 24/7 -- everyone works the hours that make sense for them) - Great benefits

Cons

- You don't get those deeper coworker relationships that come from standing around the coffee pot or sitting around the lunch table
