good benefits remote equipment provided good pay

Cons

top heavy no room for growth unless you are friends/related favoritism poor communication always having lay offs they have a “honeymoon” phase. the first few months you think it is amazing. then everyone puts you on the back burner and doesn’t prioritize your needs anymore.

great company for clinicians

Pros

Thoughtful and intelligent supervisors are deeply committed to the care of patients. Regular continuing education to enhance practice. Colleagues are top-notch and clinical discussion with peers is encouraged.

Cons

Caseloads can be high, though support is excellent.
