Pros

Good pay per hour, never ending number of members added to your caseload, pretty good EHR, and supportive therapist network via Slack.

Cons

Told you can complete a form if you don’t believe a member is a good fit for your caseload, but will be questioned, shamed, and even given veiled threats of being terminated for using your own clinical judgment. We work under our own license and have the right to protect it without feeling as if we are being bullied to inappropriately treat someone. With the new pay, we don’t get paid for all the messages/contacts outside of the actual sessions. But the expectations remain…

Pros

Very relaxed and supportive atmosphere! Everyone wants to help and you are treated like a human being. The pay is competitive and benefits are good too! They work with you on hours and treat everyone, including and especially the clients with care.

Cons

No training program--learn on the job. 401K but no company contribution yet. Start-up stage so there are bumps but they address quickly.
