I've been part-time at Brightside for two years and am excited to go full-time this December. The company values patient relationships and respects work-life balance. The user-friendly systems and strong support from managers create a collaborative environment. Transitioning from a 1099 to a W2 role reflects Brightside's commitment to employee growth. Excited to continue contributing to this wonderful company!

This is hands down the best company I have ever worked at. The company truly cares about its employees as well as it’s customers. My manager is the absolute best and my coworkers are amazing. Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Cons

We’re fully remote so sometimes you miss the in person connection, but they do a great job about setting up fun remote events.
