Pros

There's a lot of flexibility and autonomy. The job is fully remote, and despite this, supervisors are great about keeping good communication. Benefits are outstanding, especially health insurance which is 100% paid for by the employer.

Cons

If you're someone who needs a lot of supervision it can be a more difficult job, but there are a lot of group supervision and consultations available, you just have to be proactive about asking. Also if you're a W2 employee you need to meet a productivity goal to get your bonus which can be anxiety provoking but productivity goals are reasonable.
