Pros

Many recent software improvements. Administration is quick to respond to all questions and concerns in a timely fashion. I’ve found the company quite encouraging and user friendly. Everyone I’ve encountered is very professional and knowledgeable.

Cons

I’ve not been able to attend the supervision groups or trainings as often as I would like to due to scheduling and time zone differences. Therefore, I haven’t really connected with any “coworkers”.
