Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you appreciate the remote work, PTO, and benefits, but we’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience haven’t met expectations. We recognize that proper training, clear communication, and support are essential for success, and we’re continuously working to improve in these areas. Your feedback about management availability and training is valuable, and we’ll take it into account as we refine our processes. If you have specific suggestions or would like to share more about your experience, we’d love to hear from you. Please feel free to reach out to hr@brightside.com so we can continue to improve. — Brightside Health Team

Pros

Room for growth, supportive HR team, Leadership, Work Managment and Co-workers! Great insurance benefits, PTO, and lots of Holidays observed. The work hours aren't too bad. I've had a lot going on in my personal life that took a toll on me, but with the support of the leadership team, and HR, and work management being flexible with my schedule I would have to say I don't know how I would have gotten through everything without their support. Mental Health is taken very seriously with Brightside, and I truly am grateful for that. The option of picking up overtime when offered is always appreciated especially in these times. In member services you're not on phones taking incoming/outbound calls for your entire shift :). As long as you come to work and do what is expected of you, you will do just fine. I appreciate having a manager that isn't constantly looking over my shoulders and breathing down the back of my neck. I look forward to the growth of Brightside, the opportunities are endless here. Work life balance, & inclusion-GREAT!

Cons

Pay would be the only con at this time.

Pros

Brightside is the only Mental Health Platform I've worked with that includes an extensive support team for both clients and practitioners. The use of Slack is very supportive and helpful. Online work can feel isolating, and this company does a great job at helping practitioners feel like part of a team. The platform is well-designed clinically and ethically.

Cons

There is always interest in raises, perks, and increased compensation. That is not an option, given the flat reimbursement rate. Although, the compensation at this company is higher than any other, given this level of support.
