Pros

When you're in talent acquisition or recruiting, it's really important to believe in the organization you're selling and Brightside Health is unlike any other company I've ever worked for. Its care model is so innovative and impressive, it makes recruiting fun and exciting every day! The leaders are engaging and supportive and the company's continued efforts to increase high-quality access to mental health care are breaking down barriers for millions of Americans to receive care. It's extremely rewarding to know that we are saving lives each and every day.

Cons

It's a high-volume recruiting role, so some days can seem long and of course, I'd like to see my colleagues face to face but workly remotely really has more benefits than cons.

Pros

Brightside is mission-driven. Their goal is to improve access for mental health care as well as deliver quality care to all who need it. The company culture is all about transparency, communication, and collaboration.

Cons

It is a start-up, so wearing "multiple hats" is expected, but that does give employees an opportunity to learn about various departments and work with numerous teams.
