- Great leadership, vision, and direction for the company - Compassionate teammates that care about providing great care to members - Interesting and exciting challenges to solve

Cons

- Natural growing pains with scaling processes or systems that come with any high-growth company - Being remote is great -- but we could work on our ability to provide async updates (versus defaulting to live meetings)
