      Pros

      Excellent support for providers and attention to the needs of the mental health team. Working here feels like being a part of a team with a shared mission. Effort is often recognized. Excellent compensation and benefits!

      Working for this company first as contract worker for 8 months and now as fulltime for the last 4 months, haven't come across any cons as of yet.

      - Culture and the care that teammates have for one another - Feeling like I've made a positive impact on those that we serve - Opportunity to grow within the organization - Ideas are valued from all levels/roles within the organization

      Working asynchronously in a remote environment can take some adjustment; but it isn't unmanageable by any means!
