- Culture and the care that teammates have for one another - Feeling like I've made a positive impact on those that we serve - Opportunity to grow within the organization - Ideas are valued from all levels/roles within the organization

Cons

Working asynchronously in a remote environment can take some adjustment; but it isn't unmanageable by any means!

Prioritizing quality over speed

Pros

I've only been here for a few months at this point but I'm really enjoying Brightside so far. It feels awesome to work for a company that truly cares about its patients. You can tell that in every facet of our work we prioritize the quality of care for our current patients over rapid expansion and this is extremely important when working in this field since many startups focus on growth above all else. Everyone on the team is a joy to work with and very supportive. The company is also fully remote and, more importantly, it does it very well which is awesome.

Cons

There aren't many major cons so far. I would only say that Brightside is still learning the most effective/efficient processes as most startups are so flexibility and an openness to change are a must here.
