      A supportive group of providers and helpful team. Allows independence. Not micro-managed. Providers can set own schedule (times and days) one wishes to work.

      Nothing drastic at the moment.

      - Great Growth Potential - CEO, CMO, & CTO that actively work to build a better company and product without compromising - Everyone gets a chance to contribute and bring ideas to life - Fully remote control + great flexibility (i.e. being remote doesn't mean you are on call 24/7 -- everyone works the hours that make sense for them) - Great benefits

      - You don't get those deeper coworker relationships that come from standing around the coffee pot or sitting around the lunch table
