Pros

Little administrative work and flexible schedule.

Cons

Clinical caseload expectations for full time people is very high. Poor communication. Client care not considered as most important. If you want to see a high volume of clients and have little interaction with your colleagues then this might work for you. Not a team environment. You’re on your own.

Pros

Dont have any good things to say about Brightside. Just be aware of leadership. People are all about titles and power.

Cons

Brightside gives you the 'feeling' that leadership support is available but in reality, it is absent. Not only is it absent, there is a lot of office politics and favoritism.
