Pros

Lovely clients suffering tremendously as they begin psychotropic medications, Brightside's gig. Excellent psychiatrists.

Cons

Low pay. No shows are common with company taking $70 giving therapist $20. Clients generally not "a good fit" for lasting healing to take place. Very metrics driven.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for the care you have provided to our clients. We’re grateful you highlighted the strength of our psychiatric team and the opportunity to support individuals during such an important point in their care journey. We also hear your concerns about compensation, client fit, and the impact of a metrics-driven model. At Brightside, we’re continually working to balance clinical effectiveness, access, and sustainability while striving to support both clients and clinicians. The therapeutic relationship is deeply important, and your feedback reinforces how essential empathy, support, and connection are to the work we do. We appreciate your perspective—it helps us learn, grow, and continue building a better path forward for our team and those we serve.

Pros

Being able to work remotely is the only positive.

Cons

For this to be a Mental Health company, they care NOTHING about the mental health and wellbeing of its workforce. Unless you are in upper management. They will LIE to your face and promise you job security while they plan to terminate your position. My best advice is look for a different employer who actually values their workforce. These people are evil.
