It is a start-up company so you get an opportunity to build things from the scratch.

Cons

Because the company is a startup, some people are incredibly ambitious about climbing the corporate ladder. So there is back-stabbing, lying, and so much politics involved.

A lot of processes are not figured out yet and there's a surprising amount of technical debt for a company that is so new
